Festival of Ancient Flavors in Carlentini
The Festival of Ancient Flavors "A Cuddurunata" takes place in Carlentini and celebrates local products and typical local specialities.
On the occasion of the event, a gastronomic journey is set up where you can taste homemade bread, oil , wine, focaccias, traditional cudduruni, broccoli, angiti, potatoes and onions, sphinxes, fried pasta and many other local specialties.
Exhibitions, tastings, excursions and guided tours, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows are also organised.< /p>
