Passo dell'Olmo mill in Santa Domenica Vittoria

The building was built with local shapeless stone and has a wooden roof covered with traditional Sicilian tiles. It is divided into two levels. On the lower level is the water wheel. On the upper level there are various areas intended for different uses: the area of the lava stone mill complete with all the equipment necessary for its operation; the area for the shelter of pack animals which were tied to the wall using rings. There is also an impressive canalization bridge structure with arches.
