The Cannoli of Dattilo, typical of a small town near Trapani, is known in the area for its goodness as well as for its large size. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that the fried crust is very thin and narrow and is suitable for putting a large amount of ricotta at the ends. The ricotta is also handcrafted and is not very sweet.
