Cerasuolo di Vittoria is a Sicilian DOCG wine that takes its name from the Iblean city of Vittoria. The characteristics of the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG and Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG wines determine their gustatory balance; in particular from an organoleptic point of view they have a typical color, from cherry red to purplish red, which tends to garnet with aging; a floral to fruity scent for the Cerasuolo di Vittoria, which is decidedly cherry in the classic Cerasuolo di Vittoria; a dry, full, soft and harmonious flavor.
