Lampedusana grouper is a second dish typical of the culinary tradition of the island of Lampedusa. The main ingredient of the recipe is the grouper whose slices, deprived of the skin and bones, are seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, Lampedusan capers, olives, cherry tomatoes, a little chilli and oregano and baked in the oven.
