Filicudi pasta, also known as Filicudara almond pasta or pasta all'agliata is a typical first course of the culinary tradition of the Aeolian Islands, in particular of the island of Filicudi. It is a pasta seasoned with a particular pesto, the pesto filicudaro or agliata or pesto of Aeolian almonds , made with garlic, basil and almonds.
