Lemon pizza

Pizza al Limone is a specialty of Borgo Parrini. It is a pizza with mozzarella topped with breadcrumbs, grated caciocavallo in which the lemon juice creates a pleasant and surprising contrast, giving it not only a particular flavor, but also greater digestibility. This particular type of pizza is also suitable as an appetizer.
