Sicilian Reginelle, also called queen biscuits, are simple crunchy biscuits very popular in the Palermo area. The peculiarity of the reginelle lies in the fact that their surface is entirely covered with sesame seeds which give the biscuit a dry, vaguely toasted aroma.
