The typical geographical indication Salem IGT includes the entire administrative territory of the municipality of Salemi, in the province of Trapani, from which the wine takes its name. Salemi IGT white, red and rosé wines are obtained from grapes from the Ansonica, Catarratto, Trebbiano, Grecanico and Damaschino vineyards. Salemi Bianco has a straw yellow color, an intense and fruity aroma and is characterized by a typical, dry, savory flavor. Salemi Rosso has a ruby ​​red color, a complex and fruity aroma and a harmonious flavor. Finally, the Salemi rosé is characterized by a pink cherry color, an intense and persistent aroma and a typical, characteristic, dry flavor.
